Terms of use
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms govern the use of solucionespresenciadigital.com and its free website assessment. By using the site or submitting a form you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Ivan Felix Valdes, an individual doing business under the trade name Soluciones Presencia Digital. Address: Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico (the full address for legal notices is provided on request by email). Email: [email protected].
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services, request the assessment and contact us. You may not:
- Provide false data, or someone else's data without their authorization.
- Use bots, scripts or bulk submissions to fill in forms or request assessments.
- Try to damage, overload or access without permission the site, its servers or its databases.
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others.
We may block requests or access that do not follow these rules.
3. Free website assessment
3.1 What it is
It is a free, automated analysis of a website. A system reads its public pages as a visitor would, measures its speed with Google PageSpeed Insights and writes the analysis with artificial intelligence. You receive an emailed report with a score, what works and the priorities to fix. Requesting it does not oblige you to hire anything.
3.2 Who can request it
- You may only request an assessment of your company's website, or of a website you manage or are authorized to have analyzed.
- The email must be on the same domain as the website. By requesting it you confirm the email is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
- If you add a copy email, you confirm that person authorized you to share it.
3.3 What you authorize
You authorize us to automatically access the website's public pages. We do not enter private areas, use passwords, or run security or load tests.
3.4 Scope and limits
- The report is for guidance only. It is not an audit, a technical opinion or a guarantee of sales, search rankings or results.
- It is produced by an AI system and may contain errors or omissions. Review the recommendations before applying them or consult a specialist.
- It analyzes the website at the time of the request; later changes are not reflected.
- One assessment per website and per email every 30 days. We may reject repeated, automated or non-compliant requests.
- We send the report to the email you typed, without verifying it. We are not responsible if it does not arrive because of a typo.
- It usually arrives within minutes, but it may be delayed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or provider outages.
3.5 Using the report
You may use the report freely within your company. The report's format, methodology and text are ours. We will not publish your website's results or your company's name without your written permission; we may use aggregate figures that do not identify you (for example, "60% of the websites analyzed lack…").
4. Information, prices and quotes
The site's content is informative and is not a binding offer. Automated replies on WhatsApp, email or social media are also informative. A quote binds us only when we send it to you in writing as a formal proposal, with its validity period and stating whether the price includes VAT (IVA). Services you hire are governed by that proposal and the contract we sign.
5. Intellectual property
The site's text, designs, images, trade name, logos and code belong to Soluciones Presencia Digital or are used under license. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. You may share links to the site.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to WhatsApp, social media and other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their content or operation.
7. Liability
We work to keep the site running and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based solely on the free assessment. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law when it applies to you.
8. Personal data and cookies
We handle your data under our privacy notice and use cookies under our cookie policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Requests already submitted are governed by the version in force when you made them.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Saltillo, Coahuila, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).
This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails in case of any difference.
